Products

Our products are handmade in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in colour, texture, or fragrance may naturally occur and do not indicate a defect.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

Orders

Once an order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

• Payment failure

• Incorrect pricing due to technical errors

• Product unavailability

• Suspected fraudulent activity

Any cancelled prepaid order will receive a full refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including product names, photographs, logos, graphics, and written content—is the property of Blushh Skin Essentials and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our skincare products are intended for external use only. Customers are advised to read ingredient lists carefully and perform a patch test before use. Blushh Skin Essentials shall not be held liable for allergic reactions resulting from individual sensitivities.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.
